We understand that planning your wedding can be overwhelming. To help, we've compiled answers to some of the most common questions couples have when booking music for their special day.

If you don't know the song we want, will you learn it?

Yes! Learning up to 3 songs for your special key moments* is all part of our service and included in the price. It's what makes your wedding music truly unique and personalised.

*key moments include ceremony (aisle, signing, exit) and reception (first dance, cake cutting, parent/child dance).

How many songs can we choose from your online song list for the acoustic musicians?

You can have as little or as much input as you like and you'll be letting us know all of your song requests via our 'music info' form. We love receiving your favourites from our song list to help personalise our set list for your day/night.

How do we let the DJ know what songs we would like to hear?

Similarly, you can have as little or as much input as you like and you'll be letting us know all of your DJ song requests via the same 'music info' form - so it's all together in the one document for our team.

More specifically, you'll be letting us know your top 5-10 must have DJ dance-floor songs, any songs to avoid, and the styles/genres of music you would most like to hear. We'll of course be reading the room as well on the night and firing out the epic d-floor bangers!

We have lots of resources and sample playlists to assist you with this during the planning stages, so you're in excellent hands!

Our Ceremony & Canapés location doesn't have power, is this okay?

Yes, definitely! We have a battery powered speaker which is perfect for outdoor Ceremony's & Canapés.

Does the price include set up and pack down?

Yes, and we will arrive approx 1 - 1.5 hours prior to when we are booked to start performing.

Does the price include the PA sound system?

Yes! We provide our top of the range sound system for all performances.

Does the price include dance-floor party lights?

Yes! If you've booked one of our DJs we provide party lights to bring your dance-floor to life and there are no additional fees for this.

Does the price include access to a microphone for our MC/speeches during the reception?

Yes, absolutely- and it is wireless!

Will you provide music during the performance breaks?

Yes! We have carefully curated playlists for the various stages of the day/night, which are consistent with our style and sound. We'll play these during our performance breaks so you can sit back and relax knowing we'll take care of all of your musical needs!

Do you require a deposit to confirm the booking?

Yes! Once we've confirmed your package selections and you are happy to proceed, we'll send through our booking agreement / booking fee payable to secure the booking.

We'll place the date on hold with our team for 7 days whilst waiting for the deposit payment to come through, and send through your payment receipt as soon as received.

Can you please help us with our reception run-sheet?

We are lucky enough to see a lot of wedding run-sheets! Here is an example of how a typical wedding reception might flow, to assist couples planning their wedding. The below schedule allows a good amount of time for food/mingling/formalities and plenty of time to hit that dance-floor!

Live Set: 6:30pm – 7:15pm (entrée set)

7:15pm Speeches (x2)

Live Set: 7:30pm – 8:15pm (dinner set)

8:15pm Speeches (x3) + First Dance + Parent/Child Dance

DJ to continue with dance music

10pm Bouquet Toss

10:45pm DJ Last Dance Song

10:50pm MC to announce farewell arch

10:55pm DJ Farewell Song over arch

11pm Music to cease – MC to thank guests for coming
